Position Purpose:

In this high impact role, the Strategic Alliance Account Manager has overall responsibility for our Strategic Alliances program. The Strategic Alliances Account Manager will maintain our existing strategic partner relationships, assess and present to senior leadership prospective new relationships, be responsible for launching new partners, and driving overall revenue growth through our Strategic Alliances program. This will be achieved by developing strategies, working with the training department to ensure the sales and account management teams are prepared to sell additional capabilities, and by being responsible for the overall pipeline related to Strategic Alliances.  You will own the development of business relationships and design policies which allow partnerships to thrive.

The Strategic Alliance Account Manager will work remotely.  

Key Job Activities:

•    Manage relationships with customers and vendors to build the brand and the business
•    Develop and execute plans for strategic growth and industry penetration
•    Establish performance metrics, partner success KPIs, reporting, and funnel management with regular internal and external reviews of established goals
•    Champion and manage new projects to create stronger partnerships
•    Build the organizational network through targeted outreach and strong project planning
•    Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy
•    Negotiate contracts with strategic partners and monitor legal agreements and regulations
•    Align prioritization and resources amongst cross-functional teams, while also serving as an expert on partnership activities and forecasts
•    Lead day-to-day engagements with our partners, and work on long term, strategic projects to improve processes, help us scale, and enhance our overall partner program and customer experience
•    Analyze partner initiatives and market trends to ensure partner programs remain relative
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned



Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent

Experience (North America & LATAM):


•    Bachelors or equivalent
•    Strategic and solution-oriented thinkers with amiable personalities, positive outlooks, and expert communication skills. 
•    Organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are also beneficial. 

  •   2-3 years of applicable experience and successful relationship management 
  •   Healthcare experience is preferred

•    Professional presentation experience to executive leadership.
•    You thrive off quickly and effectively building trust.
•    Empathetic, resilient, and innovative person that will contribute lasting positive effects to our team and external partners.
•    Ability to work with cross-functional groups to influence outcomes
•    Pipeline management
