    The Account Manager is responsible for maintaining and developing a book of business of the branch or district’s top existing customers through high levels of service in order to expand and strengthen the relationship. The Account Manager is a member of the sales team and is responsible for customer planning and administration, monitoring, and optimizing the revenue potential and operational performance of their book of business.

 Education and Experience Requirements:


  • Strong account management skills

  • Demonstrated expertise in managing successful business-to-business sales and service relationships

  • Strong communication skills, negotiating abilities and excellent phone etiquette

  • Results with a sense of urgency; motivated by success

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and is internet savvy

  • Conscientious about integrity, social responsibility and respect

Job Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Administration or Marketing preferred. Three or more years of healthcare sales or customer relationship management experience.
•Excellent computer skills required and knowledge of a plus.
•Strong communication and organizational skills, strong working knowledge of communication channel operations (phone, email and live chat systems), proficient with Excel and Word, strong analytical and communication skills (both written and oral).
