Job Description

Stericycle is looking to add a Summer Intern for our Contract Administration team based in Indianapolis, IN.  Here's some of the exciting projects that this Intern will participate in:

  • Researches Sales Force (SFDC) contract object for contract documents by making sure that they are attached and fully executed.
  • Communicate with Sales team regarding missing documentation.
  • Supports Contract Administration Manager in interpreting contract terms and conditions. The Contract Intern will be responsible for analyzing and reviewing contracts.
  • Ensure maintenance of accurate, thorough contract records and assist the Contract Administration Manager in creating final research results. Maintain and manage an excel file with updates of research.
  • The Contract Intern may have other administrative duties as required.
Our Intern will achieve or make progress towards these objectives:
  • Understand and develop contract knowledge, processes and complexities of a publicly traded company; including Financial, Risk assessment, legal requirements necessary
  • Develop research and analytical skills
  • Experience the implementation of a continuous improvement project and standardization in a publicly traded company

Job Requirements

  • Preferred Year in School (intern must currently be enrolled in an undergraduate program): 2nd – 4th year or graduat
  • Preferred Major: Pre-law, Business, English, Communications
  • Preferred Proficiencies: Microsoft Excel, ability to work efficiently computer and software/database system
  • Other Qualifications: contract terminology knowledge, analytical, effective/clear written communication skills;
