Job Description

Oversees the daily operations of the Contract Admin and Credit and Account Change analysts. The Supervisor will oversee and ensure that the Contract Admin and CAC metrics are met, audit controls are followed and the team produces high quality of work. Supports strategic improvements consistent with corporate goals and initiatives. Measures and provides appropriate performance and behavioral feedback to assigned team members. Assists in the design or implementation of continuous improvement projects. Offers suggestions to management with ideas on how to improve processes, systems, team performance, quality of work, employee morale and streamline processes.
•Directly accountable for Individual team member performance, affecting overall Contract Admin and CAC Performance, Department goals and project objectives. Achieves this through the oversight of work allocation and productivity of individual team members as well as oversees quality performance of individual team members.
•Develops staff through effective hiring, coaching, monthly one on ones, training sessions, evaluative performance feedback and guidance.
•Provides support to team members to create, develop, coordinate and implement process and quality improvements in their day to day functions and produce higher quality of work.
•Assists in developing new initiatives and makes recommendations for change, based on proactive and reactive business needs, focusing on improving the communication, timing and impact to the customer and team members on the Contract Admin and CAC teams.
•Addresses assigned customer issues timely and effectively.
•Develop sound communication and working relationships with other cross functional processes, acting as a liaison to advise managers of needs for improved cross functional processes.
•Establishes improved avenues of customer interaction and communication, utilizing existing or assisting on the development of new technology, programs, processes and reporting.
•Accurately administers payroll functions.
•Proactively manages manual or automated Queue assignments, assuring staffing meets the demands of work volume
•Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration or Management, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating knowledge in problem resolution.
  • Three or more years of experience in a finance department, contract administration, rates installation, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating sound judgment and initiative to provide accurate invoices to customers.
  • Three or more years of experience in a Supervision or management position.  Past supervisor/management experience could have taken place from any number of areas, including but not limited to: Finance, Collections, Billing, Contract Admin, CAC, call center environment, etc.  This Supervisor should also have demonstrated experience in process improvement, project management and quality assurance and the ability to manage a remote workforce.
  • Experience in the transportation industry preferred.
  • Demonstrating good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Steriworks, Solomon Tower, etc. will be a plus.
