Customer Service Case Manager II

 

We are seeking passionate and highly motivated Customer Service Case Manager II in our Automotive Administrative Division.

 

What We Are Looking For…

  • Must Type 36 + WPM

  • Exceptional verbal communication and phone de-escalation skills

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • Post high school coursework preferred

  • 2 + years of customer service experience preferred

 

What We Do…

  • De-escalate customers with prolonged vehicle issues.

  • Liaise between manufacturer dealer and customer

  • Administrative tasks/data entry

  • Build and maintain client/customer relationships

  • Strengthen clients brand and maintain trust between client and customer

Must be able to work from the Ft. Worth, TX office!
