Job Description

The Information Systems (IS) organization is an enterprise shared service and supports all businesses and corporate functions globally, providing oversight and management for enterprise technology. The Director is responsible for business application solution strategy for global Customer Relationship Man-agement and Sales systems including Customer Service Call Center Technology. This role will lead the solu-tion architecture, development, implementation and strategic roadmap for this functional area and ensure the integration of IT with business strategies. This IS Leadership role is meant to navigate data complexity, prevent department silos, and implement best practice solutions in a complex business application and data environment by developing and maintaining strong relationships with a variety of individuals across the organization. Collaborate effectively with COO, Corporate and business unit VPs, Customer Experience, Inside Sales, and other customer facing business partners to identify future state needs and streamlining of systems, data reporting and processing. Responsible for identification and implementation of best practices and new technology in the Customer Relationship Management, Customer Service Call Center, and Sales areas. Develop business application solution strategy for global CRM and Sales systems including global customer facing systems, call center, and inside sales applications. Work with the global functional leaders and business relationship directors to align strategy and manage demand. Work in a global matrixed organization to deliver required solutions roadmap to enable business and IT strategy. Work and collaborate closely with the Enterprise Architecture Team to develop architecture strategy for solution area ensuring portfolio simplification, scalability, and resiliency. Manage the planning, deployment and allocation of resources in an efficiently and effectively to deliver solution roadmaps Provide organization with leadership, direction, and coaching to achieve work objectives and improve performance and skills. Create Organization plan to ensure proper skills are available and maintained within the organization Develop vendor strategy and metrics and manage vendors to achieve a high level of performance Collaborate with internal audit to establish adequate IT compliance controls and oversee their implementation. Support the CRM/Sales Systems audits to ensure compliance and accuracy of the established controls Create and implement a communications plan to ensure frequent, accurate and timely communication to all stakeholders and to solidify commitment to the strategic roadmap

Job Requirements

• 10+ years’ experience in CRM, Call Center, and Sales Systems with related analysis and reporting SAP implementation experience in CRM/Sales/Call Center area strongly preferred) • Bachelor's degree in IT and MBA preferred. • Experience working directly with and supporting a large IT organization with personnel across multi-ple locations • Good understanding of IT concepts and terminology • Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating several pro-jects at one time. • Soft skills to include: proactive, future-thinking, strategic, accountable, collaborative, manages ambiguity, strong planning & prioritization experience • Ability to effectively interface with technical (IT) groups as well as business teams, both in person and remotely • Experience recruiting, managing, inspiring, and developing a high performing and talented team. • Provide executive-level consultation and thought leadership. Demonstrated skills in fact-based analysis, presentation, and interpersonal interaction. • Intellectual curiosity and passion for problem-solving • High energy, ability to prioritize and has a desire to work in a results-oriented, fast growth environ-ment
