Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Business Transformation team to lead and manage the execution of a small to medium size/complexity projects as part of the Business Transformation goals and objectives. This includes project delivery including defining the scope, timelines, resources, budget, risks and issues, relationships and communication.

Key Job Activities:
Manage all phases of projects including initiation, planning, execution, implementation and post implementation activities.
• Define and manage project scope. Make recommendations on issues and challenges.
• Develop and manage detailed work plans, project plans, project schedules, any resources needed in conjunction with delegating tasks to team members.
• Set priorities and maintain project schedules with minimum input from management.
• Monitor and report on project activity and progress.
• Conduct project meetings and be responsible for project tracking.
• Brings recurring issues to management’s attention and assists in providing direction / suggestions to the resolution of problems.
Actively manage Business Transformation programs and other special projects, including identify potentials and risks associated with the project and provide recommendation on a contingency plan.
Maintain project management software and develop, maintain, review and disseminate all project documentation including project schedules, status reports, budgets, changes, invoices and projects reviews.
Communicate with Business Transformation and other leadership regularly on project schedules, milestones, gaps and risks.
Serve as part of, and collaborate with, the Business Transformation team to understand the strategic direction and objectives of the organization and align on strategies in support of this direction.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience required
• Bachelor degree in a Business Management or a relevant field of study
• 3 to 5 years of relevant project management work experience, PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
