Job Description

We are currently seeking a Quality Control Specialist to provide quality control support to the Client Operations Department, ensuring that all processing documents are documented in regards to instructions and training.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

•Support Client Services in proofing client documents, and ensuring documents are complete and accurate. Provide quality oversight on inspection processes, including document production, check inspection, and IVR verification
•Ensure data is properly entered into databases by performing random audits.
•Ensure quality commitments are being met on a regular basis.
•Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience:

• Education equivalent to graduation from high school with some college, plus the equivalent in Quality Assurance related work experience demonstrating excellent analytical and reporting skills. 
• Demonstrates strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills. Able to handle complex and demanding situations tactfully when dealing with customers and assist other team members with problem resolutions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to edit customer-facing documents.
• Ability to analyze and resolve complex problems and exceptions in order to complete final resolution processes.
• Demonstrates solid knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Demonstrates the ability to type a minimum or 60 wpm.
• Demonstrates general knowledge of quality standards and systems.
• Minimum of three years of work experience, preferably in a quality assurance, customer service plus analytical reporting environment, or the equivalent in related work experience.
