Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to deliver full life-cycle recruitment by identifying; screening, evaluating, and placing qualified candidates for assigned departments and business units.  Manage a requisition cycle through the use of a hiring management system, drive recruitment search strategies, policies and procedures, and  meet and surpass recruitment goals and hiring manager expectations, and will strive to ensure a positive candidate experience and onboarding process.

Essential Job Responsibilities:

Drives the recruiting activities, including, but not limited to, developing the search strategy, re-searching and sourcing candidates, interviewing and evaluating candidate fit, and facilitating the offer process. Ensures a strong positive Hiring Manager and Candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Partners with hiring managers and business leaders to gain thorough understanding of hiring needs. Develops and implements strategic recruitment plans for professional (non-exempt and exempt) and management level positions. Partner collaboratively with and advise hiring managers and HR Business Partners on search strategy and talent marketplace.

Leads the offer process by partnering with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to review and approve offer amounts. Draft, extend, and negotiate offer details with candidates of all levels.

Ensures the effectiveness of recruiting and selection techniques and compliance with legislated requirements, such as EEO and AAP Regulations. Maintains candidate tracking and status, hiring statistics, and compliance.

Leads new hire process by working with the Talent Acquisition Coordinator to initiate and submit forms for drug and background investigations; Ensures new hires receive applicable on boarding forms and offer materials. Checks status and follows-up with candidates and business partners, as appropriate. Ensures a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Conduct candidate and marketplace research, candidate generation and other sourcing techniques to find great candidates, leveraging various channels to develop relationships with external candidates and talent pools.

Proactively identify and address areas for improvement by working with Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and implement effective policies and hiring processes.

Provides solutions for other team members, and answers questions about internal processes. Participates in training team members.

Leads Talent projects that require both direct and indirect management of internal resources. Assists in developing and continuously improving recruiting policies, procedures, and other related materials.

Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Job Requirements

  • Education equivalent to College Degree, preferably in Business or Human Resources, or equivalent work experience, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of staffing policies and procedures. 
  • Five or more years of Corporate Recruiting experience required.    Ideal candidate will have a mix of Corporate and Agency recruiting experience.  Must have solid understanding of OFCCP regulations and guidelines. 
  •  Five or more years of experience recruiting for Exempt managerial and above level candidates with a proven track record in delivering results and experience with recruitment process management.
  • Demonstrates experience with a wide variety of sourcing vehicles, including: internet sourcing/advertising, direct sourcing, employee referral campaigns, job fairs and outplacement firms.                                                                     
  • Demonstrates the ability to work autonomously on assigned open requisitions.
  • Demonstrates the ability to negotiate and consult on complex executive compensation packages, requiring a thorough knowledge or internal incentive programs (bonus, equity, other)
  • Demonstrates proficiency in applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office, including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Demonstrates an excellent work ethic and passion to excel, take initiative to overcome obstacles and handle a high degree of ambiguity.
