Job Description

The Marketing Analyst Senior for the Automation team is accountable to plan, organize, implement and evaluate effective mar-keting automation and lead management programs. This role will lead the enhancement, implementation, and management of the Marketing department system integrations; including the Marketing Department’s platforms needed for lead nurturing, support marketing analytics and the sales and marketing database in Salesforce.com. This position needs to have a strong ability to lead and/or support various teams including IT, Sales, Sales Operations, other groups within the Marketing department and outside agencies (as a lead or a support) to optimize marketing automation software. This position will support the marketing tactics consistent with the company’s strategic goals and priorities and direction from the Manager, Marketing Automation.
Key Position Activities:
Marketing Automation Program
Maintain and optimize Stericycle’s marketing automation system for assigned marketing areas. Develop strategy, configure and build all perpetual and one-off campaigns for non-customer and customer audiences.
1. Responsible for configuring complex and large key elements of the marketing software and related platforms including:
• List segmentation and tracking
• Implement/maintain lead scoring logic
• Reporting and analysis preparation
• Campaign logic and development
2. Handles ongoing maintenance and oversight including:
• Ensuring all marketing related campaign emails are prepared, deployed and delivered on time according to a pre-set schedule
• Organizing and leading ongoing meetings to facilitate planning and execution
• Managing of large datasets within platform
• Campaign configuration and adjustments
• Identifying opportunities to improve performance such as optimization, personalization and testing
3. Supports the marketing data project implementation including:
• Plan, lead and implement the roll-out of new program tactics and initiatives
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations to strict timelines
4. Handles the marketing lead management process within the automation platforms and software programs.
• Ensure Stericycle’s websites and back-end marketing related lead flow systems are running smoothly and effectively. This includes the management of vendors and multiple systems interacting together
• Attend meetings with Sales leaders
• Build Eloqua forms and follow Sales lead flow processes
• Identify opportunities to improve performance
Other
• Prepare and deliver presentations to stakeholders and senior leadership regarding programs, campaigns and results.
• Develop and maintain sound working relationships with vendors. Understands strengths and weaknesses of each. Ensures projects are managed appropriately and funds are spent wisely. Drives process and efficiency improvements in all ongoing initiatives.
• Ensures high quality, timely roll out of programs through effective collaboration

Job Requirements

Education and Experience required
• Bachelor's or college degree in a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years experience in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B services environment
• 2+ years experience working with marketing automation software (e.g. Eloqua)
• Some experience in graphic and web design – familiarity with art files, content management systems, SEM / SEO campaigns, Salesforce.com or similar CRM system
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, mobile optimization and email best practices
