Position Purpose:

The Desktop Engineer Sr is accountable for platform/product management, solution design, and service administration.  This position is responsible for Microsoft Platforms, Office 365 services, Endpoint Management and project delivery.  This role manages all business, functional, and technical requirements for enterprise services within scope of responsibility such as but not limited to, asset lifecycle, endpoint management, mobile device management, enterprise collaboration, and technologies supporting directory listings, domains, backup and recovery.

Key Job Activities:

•    Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture and Desktop Engineering Architect on service enhancements and/or project requests on solution requirements, and design.
•    Ensure services are implemented and/or enhanced within project scope, schedule, and budget commitments.
•    Guide and mentor other team members for service fulfillment, service management, and functional platform administration.
•    For each enterprise service, ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded, establishing and/or adjusting SLA’s through continuous improvement.
•    Collaborate with Information Technology and business unit personnel to ensure alignment on enterprise service direction, and platforms that support them.
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent

Experience (North America):

•    Bachelors or equivalent.
•    7 Years of Experience, preferably in Information Technology
