Title:  Sr. Pricing and Contracting Manager

Position Purpose:

This role will work closely and collaboratively across functions (Revenue Management teams, Inside Sales, Field Sales, Sales Operations, Master Data Management, as well as senior and executive leaders) to continuously monitor and ensure accuracy of pricing and contract data.  This role will initially have heavy focus on the accuracy of data converted from legacy systems into future state systems under Project Monarch.

Key Job Activities:

Project Monarch:  As Global Data Lead, ensure complete and accurate conversion of pricing and contract data from legacy SCS systems (Steriworks and SAP) to future state system (SAP).



    1. Provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management, including tracking annual price increases in accordance with customer contracts.
    2. On a monthly basis, monitor and approve systematic annual price increases.  This will be done in concert with the Revenue Recovery team (Revenue Business Analysts).  Continuously monitor and ensure annual price increases for SQ Local customers are executed in accordance with the class action settlement.

Class Action Settlement Monitoring:  Manage and coordinate the querying of customer, pricing and billing data and the submittal of such data to the monitoring firm.  Engage in calls with the monitoring firm, monitoring judge and legal counsel to answer their questions.  Adjust and/or create new data files or analyses to answer monitoring questions and prove Stericycle’s compliance with the settlement agreement.

Other:  Perform other duties as assigned, including ad-hoc analysis as required.

Preferred Education: in Bachelors
Experience (North America & LATAM):
For Management jobs, years of management experience preferred: 5-7
