Position Purpose:

Under direction, provides office and general administrative support. Role will act as administrator for Stericycle's Business Transformation and Strategy Development team. Provides administrative support for Senior Vice President of Business Transformation. Acts as a Receptionist to greet visitors and assures they are managed in accordance with applicable business requirements. Acts as a back-up to the Executive Assistant and assists in supporting the Executive team. Promotes an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, value, and positive attitude throughout the organization.

Key Job Activities:

1) Administrator for Stericycle’s Business Transformation project and Strategy Development team. Provides support for group meeting scheduling, event planning, travel arrangements. Facilitates internal team communication (e.g. distribution information). Processing of Transformation related invoices (coordination with A/P team)
2) Administrative support for Senior Vice President of Business Transformation. Provides general administrative and clerical support including but not limited to preparing and maintaining documents/files/reports, electronic expense reports, daily calendar/scheduling, data entry, and other projects.
3) Oversees building maintenance including contact with maintenance vendors including vendors, cleaning company and landlord. Also monitors office and kitchen supplies and reordering
4) Receptionist for Stericycle’ downtown Chicago office. Tasks include greeting visitors, signing for packages, conference room scheduling, etc.
5) Acts as a back-up Executive Assistant in supporting the Executive team
6) Performs other related duties as required or requested. Performs other projects or tasks as assigned.
