Position Purpose:

The HRIS Analyst partners supports users and troubleshoots issues related to the HR technologies and processes.  The HRIS Analyst assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports SuccessFactors upgrades, patches, testing and other technical projects as assigned.

Key Job Activities:

1) Technical and functional support in various SuccessFactors modules and other HR related systems.
2) Write and run reports and perform data analysis to assist the business in identifying issues and areas of improvement.
3) Assist in gathering project requirements, design, testing, and implementation. 
4) Creating functional specifications, testing, supporting, and troubleshooting interfaces and integrations.
5) Perform other duties as assigned.

Scope of Work: 
Contacts (Internal/ External): Various levels of Stericycle Team Members, Leaders, peers and Vendors. 

Financial Responsibility: Revenue, assets, budgets, number of accounts, expenditures, etc.

Focus on: Reporting writing, execution and data analyst using HR data with the source primarily being SucessFactors, but also included Payroll and Time data. 

Skills: Must be profficient in SuccessFactors Canvas reports, Excel, and SQL or Access. 

Required Education: in Associates
Preferred Education: in Equivalent or Bachelors
Experience (North America & LATAM):

Required Years of Experience (North America only):2+ years
Preferred Experience: In-depth knowledge & understanding

Certifications and/or Licenses:

Preferred: SuccessFactors Module Certifications, HR Certification oand/or Project Management.
