Position Purpose:

ESPM ensures effective, timely management of programs and projects to drive revenue and profitability. The ESPM coordinates launches of new clients, as well as development opportunities with the existing client base by professionally managing and coordinating internal and external processes in a manner that reflects the requirements of the National Account team, the Executive Management team and Shred-it operational processes. Additionally, the ESPM tracks and coordinates the implementation of small and medium projects along with new rollouts.

Key Job Activities:

• Manage site assessments for new business


• Project manage portal from beginning – portal setup


• BES Projects


• GPO & Revenue target rebates


• Manage onsite and offsite transitions


• Manage small and new installs


• Manage purge projects of 75 locations or more


• Manage small/medium/large rollouts


• Manage small/medium/large purge projects

Required Education: in High School or Equivalent
Experience (North America & LATAM):
Required Years of Experience: 2-4
