The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for managing Stericycle Communication Solutions large health system client implementations, integrations and terminations (when applicable), focusing on successful deployment and solutioning within Communication Solutions applications/management systems for multiple product/service families. Responsibilities will include project managing all aspects of the implementation, including client communication, facilitation of internal cross functional teams, successful service set up and deployment, quality checks and continuous improvement reviews. This position will hold regularly scheduled meetings, communicate project plans/agendas and work to seamlessly move clients from Sales (pre-contract) through the Implementation phase (post -contract) and through the transition to Account Management (post-implementation). This position will also assist the Sales team and the Account Management team as needed with questions, solutions and client concerns for all product/service types, core and new. Additionally, this position will stay current on Communication Solutions products and services offered, as well as any/all technical applications to support the business.

Position Purpose:

Project Manage all aspects of implementations, integrations and terminations, including meeting with clients on a regular basis to track project status and ensure an on-time go live

• Coordinate all internal and client staff members, ensuring projects meet key milestones and plan for resource allocation

• Manage a proactive implementation process that encourages best practice development, solutioning and sharing

• Develop set up requirements, scripting/documentation and design

• Perform client assessment when applicable, to identify client fit and key service recommendations

• Evaluate and/or present client’s current process; key focus on client goals, streamline process and risk management

• Resolve, in a timely fashion, any customer complaints or issues as they relate to the implementation

• Manage and track all client communications in ComSol’s CRM database and build compliance and accountability for all related parties as they pertain to implementations

Key Job Activities:

Develop project scope, goals, agendas and deliverables that support company and client goals for a successful implementation

• Be visible and active with customers including executive presence at on-site or virtual meetings, when appropriate.

• Perform quality reviews on the implementations/integrations, including calls to clients and quality checks of work performed

• Provide project support for internal ComSol teams as required

• Meet with leadership and department owners on a regular basis to discuss project status

• Provide regular status reports and appropriate communication to both internal and external stakeholders

Education:

Preferred Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent

Education :

Education equivalent to a bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related work experience, preferably business management, healthcare management, computer science or related field

• Minimum of five or more years of service implementation or project management experience, in a healthcare environment

• Minimum of five or more years in a client facing or client services leadership role

• Minimum of five or more years in a healthcare call center, software solution and/or large integrated health system with these deployments

• Proficient in learning new technology and applying technical skills

Experience :

Demonstrates strong project management skills including the ability to manage cross functional and intercompany teams providing resource allocation, change management and strict milestone adherence.

• Ability to define business requirements and understand IT requirements

• Presenting – the ability to command a room or be assertive

• Skill at process mapping for solving operational issues.

• Technical aptitude, including ability to comprehend ComSol’s Call Center call handling and telephony systems, appointment scheduling and appointment reminder applications

 

• Competency in Microsoft Office products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, MS Project

• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM

• Demonstrated experience in representing and engaging with senior executive resources

• Understanding of business issues facing ComSol’s client

• Knowledge of various EMR’s/Integrations tools/systems a plus

• Ability to work in a remote/virtual environment

• PMP certification preferred
