Position Purpose:

The Sr. Marketing Associate, Go-to-Market (GtM) Strategy and Execution is a key member of the Stericycle Marketing and Strategy department.  This individual will support the Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market (GtM) Strategy and Execution in working closely with Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Sales Operations on strategic initiatives that include developing go-to-market strategies and driving the associated business planning processes by developing approaches and executing market sizing and customer segmentation analyses.  The Sr. Marketing Associate, GtM Strategy and Execution will be responsible for managing large data sets that source from internal (e.g., sales data) and external (e.g., Definitive Healthcare, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo) data sources.  The Sr. Marketing Associate, GtM Strategy and Execution will also be responsible for conducting primary and secondary market research to develop relevant insights on healthcare market trends.

 

This position will be allowed flexibility to work a hybrid/remote schedule based at home and in the office. May work from our Bannockburn, IL or downtown Chicago, IL office.

The Responsibilities:

•    Use multiple internal (e.g., sales data) and external (e.g., Definitive Healthcare, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo) data sources to develop approaches and execute market sizing and customer segmentation analyses
•    Support the Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market (GtM) Strategy and Execution with conducting primary and secondary market research to identify market trends that could inform commercial priorities, marketing plans & tactics, and selling strategies
•    Work with the Marketing Manager, Go-to-Market (GtM) Strategy and Execution in developing the Enterprise data strategy, including tracking usage and spend across multiple data sources (e.g., Definitive Healthcare, Dun & Bradstreet, ZoomInfo)
•    Partner with the Enterprise Marketing team to maximize the impact of marketing campaigns and tactics by pulling prospect lists, contact data, and other information from internal and external data sources
•    Support critical business projects and implementation of strategic initiatives to meet our growth objectives, working in close partnership with leaders across the Commercial organization
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned

 

Education and Experience :

•    Bachelor's degree
•    4+ years' experience in a marketing, sales operations, finance, or analytics role, preferably in a B2B services environment
•    Experience working with internal sales data as well as external market data sources, such as Definitive Healthcare, ZoomInfo, and Dun & Bradstreet
 

Licenses and Required Competencies:

•    Excellent analytical skills, including experience using Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel to manage large datasets
•    Detailed knowledge and understanding of Salesforce or other CRM tools
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills, including strong PowerPoint, data visualization, and storytelling skills
•    Strong time management skills
•    Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to changing priorities
