Position Purpose:

The Manager, Sales Enablement, will be a key leader within our organization, driving the intersection of sales strategy, technology, and change management. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our sales processes, ensuring that our teams are equipped with the right tools, insights, and strategies to exceed revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams to implement effective sales strategies.

Key Job Activities:

  • Oversee the evolution of our revenue tech-stack working closely with IT to optimize usability of sales engagement tools while providing comprehensive support to Sales Team
  • Manage, implement, and drive adoption of sales enablement tools, working closely with Sales team(s) to establish and implement sales automation and lead strategy for new customers
  • Identify and shepherd new campaigns through planning, roll-out, sales enablement, and revenue realization (new business, upselling, cross-selling, and ecommerce)
  • Works cross-functionally as a strategic partner to Sales and Marketing to develop, implement, and manage sales engagement strategies and sales technology strategies to drive revenue growth 
  • Lead Seller Enablement Initiatives like:
    • Develop and execute communication and training plans to ensure smooth transitions and minimize disruptions to the sales team.
    • Lead change management initiatives to drive the successful adoption of new sales processes, tools, and strategies.
    • Monitor the impact of changes and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Lead program management of cross-selling initiatives throughout the company.  Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to identify new opportunities to go-to-market, execute cross-selling strategies, and drive structured approach across teams.
  • Oversee the development of sales analytics and reporting frameworks to deliver strategic insights that inform high-level decision-making
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform strategic planning
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest sales technology trends and make recommendations for adoption to maintain a competitive edge
  • Assist with evaluation, selection, and implementation of sales technologies to enhance sales productivity and efficiency
