The Manager of Organizational Change Management will play a key role in ensuring projects that involve change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. The change manager will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
Develop and manage change management activities to support achieving business goals through business and technology changes across Stericycle this will include but not be limited to Stericycle’s business transformation program, along with additional enterprise business change initiatives.

Key Job Activities:

Develop and manage organizational change managements plans in support of business, technology, cultural and/or system changes including.  Initiatives may include ERP (SAP) business transformation initiatives, process improvements, leadership/cultural initiatives. 
Project manage the tactical deployment of change management plans for multiple business initiatives.  Oversee key deliverables for each project that includes communications, stakeholder management, change readiness and change leadership. These plans will include key change tools/activities including sponsorship, stakeholder management, communications, training, change, and adoption management.
Identify business partners and manage the ongoing relationship with partners including periodic assessment of business needs, change impacts, change readiness.  Will work with data to update plans, activities and provide periodic readouts to the business on change initiatives, stakeholders, readiness and adoption.
Manage a team of professionals and/or consultants to support the change initiatives and plans for various plans throughout the organization.
Provide additional change guidance and consultation as required and requested.  Complete additional duties as assigned.

Education:
Required Education: in Bachelor`s Degree or Equivalent
Experience (North America & LATAM):
