Position Purpose:

Leads, coordinates and prioritizes team efforts in managing team resources for the Performance Management team. Provides regular project status updates to the Business Transformation leaders as well as oversees and handles all activities of creating and maintaining key performance indicators (KIPs), metrics, and performance management system as it related to the business transformation initiatives.

Key Job Activities:

1) Coordinate and prioritize Performance Management team’s efforts and resource allocation to ensure most effective and valuable outputs to Stericycle, and Stericycle’s Business Transformation efforts.


2) Collect, track, monitor and maintain all KPIs and metrics to drive program effectiveness across all workstreams for the Business Transformation project. Manage, maintain, review and disseminate all project documentation for KPIs including status reports, changes, and workstream reviews. Review, validate and conducts regular quality control checks to ensure data is reported accurately.


3) Lead all efforts to coordinates, drafts, and develops reports for senior leaders summarizing and visually depicting data collection practices, evaluation methodologies, analysis plans, statistical analyses, and performance outcomes.


4) Present, communicate and facilitate meetings with Business Transformation and Business Unit leadership on KPIs met, tracking, and at risk.


5) Work cross functionally across business units and support functions to develop KPIs to measure the Business Transformation and its objectives. Seek to implement process improvements across all workstreams.


6) Serve as part of, and collaborate with, the Business Transformation team to understand the strategic direction and objectives of the organization and align on strategies in support of this direction


7) Work with external advisors in the evaluation and execution of strategic opportunities, including on-going leadership support for our Stericycle Business Transformation
