About Us:

The Senior Marketing Associate is a key member of the Stericycle Commercial Go-To Market team. This role will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the Integrated Marketing team by developing effective marketing strategies and plans to communicate features and benefits of new and existing products/services to customers, develop messaging and market positioning. Additionally, they will be responsible for communicating the vision and value of services to the sales team, develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process, and liaising with key stakeholders across the Commercial organization. 

 

The Senior Marketing Associate will be accountable for helping achieve Stericycle’s strategic goals and priorities by managing and executing demand and revenue generation campaigns and tracking the effectiveness of these programs, while reporting on KPIs and ROI. 

Essential Duties:

 

Project Management:
•    Demonstrate the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects including time, activities and resources
•    Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor, and summarize progress of projects
•    Prepare and deliver effective presentations to internal/external stakeholders, communicating program details, performance, and other essential metrics

 

Campaign Design and Program Execution:
•    Manage all phases of integrated marketing National Account campaigns including strategy & planning, development, execution and analysis
•    Support National Accounts and RFP Team with Request For Proposal responses for SID business; develop supporting material for presentations, assist with build out of the questionnaire and proposal
•    Develop new marketing strategies for National Accounts SID teams; email campaigning, account based marketing, GPO growth strategies
•    Coordinates the integrated tactics with the internal marketing teams to develop key assets and campaigns for National Accounts
•    Align best practices in targeting, messaging and engagement strategies to deliver National Account campaigns that drive profitable growth through optimal customer experiences
•    Manage the development of sales and marketing content/collateral – such as sell sheets, key product/message documents, email content, sales tools, product/service webpages, etc. following trends within the industry and/or marketing objectives and ensure a thorough editing and review process and stakeholder alignment/approvals    
•    Prepare and deliver presentations to internal/external audiences on issues such as campaign planning, execution and analysis
•    Foster and support innovation and breakthrough ideas on programs; actively generates, seeks and takes advantage of best practices and value-added solutions. 

 

Performance Management:
•    Provide detailed metrics on marketing program performance that align with sales and company goals
•    Contribute to market and revenue growth in the Independent healthcare market. 
•    Track and measure the effectiveness of all marketing programs and campaigns
•    Collaborate with Sales leaders to better understand performance and unblock any barriers to revenue

 

Sales Enablement: 
•    Manage and deliver content, processes, practices, and tools to support Sales throughout the pre-sales process and buyer’s journey
•    Work collaboratively with Sales and Marketing partners to enhance sales capabilities to improve conversion potential


 

Requirements:

•    Bachelor's or college degree in a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience.
•    3+ years’ experience in a product management or marketing specialist role, preferably in a B2B services environment
•    Strong project management skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and lead integrated projects
•    Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate at various levels of the organization including within marketing, across the commercial organization and with external stakeholders
•    Successful track record executing high-impact marketing campaigns
•    Effective knowledge and experience building campaigns and report dashboards in Salesforce
•    Experience working in a complex Commercial environment that is fast paces and changing
•    Strong working knowledge of email best practices and automation platforms, preferably Pardot
