Position Purpose:

This individual works as a key member of the Stericycle Communication Solutions marketing strategy and content department. The Marketing Operations Manager will lead Campaign Development, Enablement and Management: Collaborate with marketing, sales, client services, and relevant external parties to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns with the intent to drive demand including email, social, paid ads, and events. Accelerate buyers through the revenue cycle by creating awareness and engaging with meaningful information to targeted personas at the appropriate time, via the appropriate channel(s). Leverage the power of automation to boost the campaign experience, efficiency, and results. 

 

This is a fully remote work from home Manager Marketing, Campaigns opportunity!

Key Job Activities:

•   Create and guide integrated marketing campaigns to build brand awareness, gain new clients, and grow existing clients.
•    Develop and manage social media strategy.
•    Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is targeted, informative, and engaging.
•    Manage/project manage day to day tasks and tactics for all campaign execution through our project management tool Wrike and daily standups.
•    Leverage industry knowledge and internal analytics to develop customer targeting and acquisition strategies to drive new business and customer cross-sell and up-sell.     
•    Partner with Sales and Account Management to coordinate ABM programs and other strategic initiatives.
•    Provide leadership with monthly reporting on campaign and social media performance. 
•    Identify opportunities for campaign and process improvements through campaign analysis and analytics.
•    Ensure campaign tracking in Hubspot and Salesforce is running smoothly and accurately.
•    Maintain sales territory and lead flow processes between Salesforce and Hubspot. 
•    Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.
 

Experience :

•    Bachelor's degree in a marketing, business, or communication discipline (or similar) or relevant job experience equivalent to degree.

•    7+ years’ experience in Marketing, Marketing Operations, Product Marketing, Sales Operations, or other relevant business experience, preferably in the B2B healthcare IT industry.
•    Creative, collaborative, and resourceful.
Possesses analytical skills can interpret results and concisely present a recommendation.
•    Experience using CRMs and marketing automation tools, preferably Salesforce and HubSpot.
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills are imperative, with experience in preparing executive-level updates for senior management.  Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills required.
•    Outstanding program management skills, with the ability to build solid cross-functional relationships, collaborate with, and influence others.
•    Desire to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to changing priorities.
•    Firm understanding of multichannel marketing principles, including segmentation frameworks, and customer lifecycle marketing.
•    Experience in marketing campaign planning, sales execution, and marketing attribution reporting.
•    Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
