Position Purpose:

This position is responsible for developing/refining our offer strategy to drive growth and achieve profitability objectives within the Small Quantity Account Segment. Activities include managing our 1) offer strategies, 2) customer loyalty & retention strategies, 3) offer guidelines and controls, 4) assignment of accounts to sales teams, and 5) overall analysis of the SQ business performance.

Key Job Activities:

1) Responsible for contributing to the achievement of overall revenue and profitability goals for this $700 million segment of the US HCS Business.
2) Provides leadership, direction, and change management to assist us on our journey toward excellence in offer strategy and execution.
3) Works closely with external and internal parties to evaluate our current state and identify gaps in our offer strategies. Develops a roadmap to prioritize key projects in offer strategies.
4) Works closely with Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, Finance and Customer Service to lead execution of key initiatives to address gaps in offer strategy, execution & operational gaps, and implement growth strategies.
5) For new service introductions, serves in an integral leadership role. Develops related offers, tools and training, aligning with sales management.
6) Works closely with sales reps and sales management to review proposed service agreements to ensure they are structured and approved in alignment with our offer strategy and empowerment rules. Reviews and approves credits to ensure they are issued appropriately in accordance with contractual terms.
7) Manage analysts and project managers (directly and in a matrix environment) to create technical solutions, tools, segment data and perform recurring and ad hoc analyses.
