Position Purpose:

We are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our team as Customer Support / Service Administrator.  The Customer Service Administrator you will deliver excellent customer service to SQ clients as well as working closely with the transport and operations department providing proffessional customer service and general administative support to the team.   

Key Job Activities:
  • Provide effective customer service for clients
  • Administration support to transport and operations department
  • Answering phone calls
  • Responding to queries
  • Communicating with drivers
  • Call in’s/Bookings & WTF’s
  • Communicating to clients their scheduled collection
  • Retrieving Certs of Destruction & Invoices on client request
  • Organising courier of stock to clients on request
  • Setting up home patients
  • Driver Debriefs
  • Validation of route sheets, WTF's and ADR's against Steriworks
  • Manage the Daily Route log
  • Manage Unbilled for on a daily basis
  • Managing the WTF Reused log
  • Ordering the weekly WTF’s
  • Managing the SQ Missed Call Tracker log
  • Printing tags on request
  • Closure of WTF’s on the Dublin City Council website, by getting the weight first
  • Ensure Month end closes on-time, i.e. all sent up before Billing runs
  • Willing to support other team members, by prioritising backlog within the team
  • Assist Environmental & Health & Safety Manager with ad hoc duties
  • Provide support to Account Managers as and when required
Experience (EMEAA):
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communicator.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times and customer focused is essential.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to manage time and complete multi tasks in line with timescales.
  • Good people skills with the ability to build up relationships both internally and externally.  
  • Team player, able to work effectively under pressure and who is looking for a challenge.  
  • Good knowledge of information technology especially Microsoft Office, Steriworks and Stripoint.
