Title:  Customer Service Representative Team Lead

Position Purpose:

Represents the overall interests of the company in a specific business market area and assists the Customer Service Supervisor in the planning, administration, monitoring and optimizing the operational performance of the branch. Embraces the values of the Company.

Key Job Activities:

1) Ensures that daily work schedules for CSRs are prepared and distributed.

 

2) Spends time in the field with CSR’s and implements roadside coaching development and security checks, two truck days per week.

 

3) Ensures that Health & Safety standards are maintained and adhered to according to Shred-it policies and statutory requirements.

 

4) Helps resolve service problems as directed.

 

5) Assists CSS in opening and closing of branch daily and ensures that support for CSRs is provided.

 

6) Assists CSS in monthly meetings with Customer Service Representatives and publishes the minutes.

 

7) Assists CSS in customer data entry for new service orders on company SAP data system.

 

8) Is responsible for accurate and timely data entry on the company SAP system, processing paperwork to include but not limited to:- Entry of Manual Services orders, Mass Service Order printing and dissemination to CSR’s, customer service queries i.e. next service date etc routing of new clients into system as directed by CSS.

 

9) Assists in Fleet Maintenance of all vehicles of the Branch, as directed.

 

10) Implements truck inspections and security check process.

 

11) Works closely with branch administration team in all general office functions

Experience (EMEAA):
  • Computer literate, proficiency of SAP data system.
  • Mechanical aptitude.

  • Management or supervisory aptitude.
  • Understanding of Routing Principles.
  • Customer Service Orientation.
  • Some Fleet Maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety guidelines.
  • IOSH Managing Safety.
Certifications and/or Licenses:
Category C+ E / Class II licence
Certificate of Professional Competence is an advantage
