Position Purpose:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing strategy and messaging for the Expert Solutions market segment to achieve organizational objectives. By combining deep understanding of the segment (client needs, competitors, regulatory environment), insight from key industry contacts, detailed data analysis, knowledge of the product/service capabilities and input from internal stakeholders, the Manager is responsible for managing the roadmap for Marketing initiatives and competitive positioning.

Key Job Activities:

1) Develop overall service line strategy including positioning, packaging and pricing across the existing Stericycle Compliance Solutions product portfolio, with specific focus on core B2B compliance services. Goal to increase multi-service customer mix.


2) Set direction and support flawless execution for messaging and content for the sales teams. Guide the creation of sales tools that align with all phases of the buying cycle to reduce days to close, increase close rates and higher revenue per customer.


3) Gather and apply customer insight to inform segment specific messaging and go to market campaigns for market differentiation. Partner with sales and operations to optimize customer acquisition through quality lead generation and improved retention rates.


4) Set strategy to drive improved brand affinity through meaningful tradeshow presence and strategic partnerships.


5) Select, train and lead the development of Marketing Associates. Establishes and communicates performance standards, conducts performance appraisals and communicates performance standards and provides ongoing feedback as needed. Administers all Stericycle policies and procedures and supports Stericycle Culture Initiatives.
