Title:  Support Associate II

Position Purpose:

Provides comprehensive computer and telephony support for all users within multiple facilities. Boxed applications along with Stericycle application suite support will also be provided with assistance from Corporate Information Technology staff.

Key Job Activities:

1) Resolves ServiceNow Technical tickets via phone or by travel to location/campus sites.

2) Performs routine maintenance tasks; identifies new and/or improve routine maintenance to reduce issues.

3) Responds to equipment/site outages as well as maintaining server/datacenter health.

4) Coordinates and complete projects to maintain and support the technical environment.

5) Manages user support knowledge base process, templates, articles, and standards. Researches and proposes solutions for undocumented issues.

6) Performs other related duties as required or requested.

7) Perform rotating on call duties for weekends and after hours support.

Education:
Required Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
