Position Purpose:

As a Senior HR Advisor, you’ll work as part of an established team within a business partner model and enjoy a widespread brief covering the complete HR mix.

Key Job Activities:

 Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Championing Change and supporting business transformation project activities within the business
  • Design of Strategic solutions that not only promotes team member engagement but also contributes towards an efficient operational model
  • Providing HR, advice and support to Site/Functional Managers on all operational activity, including performance and absence management, as well as TUPE and disciplinary issue
  • Building strong partnerships throughout the business, championing and promoting best practice, whilst delivering a seamless service at each and every level
  • Managing employee relations activities and providing related support, ensuring we deliver pragmatic solutions and fully comply with all legal requirements
  • Designing, delivering and co-ordinating any necessary HR related training, as well as supporting any organisational or systems changes, including business change initiatives
Required Education: in University / College undergraduate degree
Experience (EMEAA):

We are looking for an experienced HR professional who is qualified to CIPD Level 7 and can demonstrate a proven track record in supporting multi-site operations in line with the above. In addition, you’ll need:

  • A solid generalist HR background and a strong commercial outlook, evidenced by a prior success in a similar role, preferably gained within a service industry setting
  • A strong, practical knowledge of ‘best practice’ HR principles and procedures, along with a good understanding of employment law, TUPE and employee development
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, coupled with the strength and flexibility to adapt and deliver results within a changing and challenging environment
