Position Purpose:
Improving Digital Performance to us means maximsing the performance of our more than 18 branded websites. It’s the planning, implementing, and managing our websites technical execution including SEO, Paid Search, Web Analytics, content strategy planning and more.
Key Job Activities:
- You’ll lead in your field whilst collaborating within your small team on many aspects of marketing at Stericycle.
- Develop KPIs and report against internal and industry benchmarks.
- Analyze performance metrics and make technical website enhancements
- Ensure strong collaboration between paid search and organic activity
- Create and manage the EMEAA-wide performance activity calendar

To Succeed in this role:
- You’ll be numerate and have a strong business acumen
- Have the ability to work autonomously and feel comfortable leading on strategy in partnership with agencies and outside businesses.
- You’ll have experience managing and driving agency partnerships too.
- Experience working to an agile team methodology is essential here as will be your comfort level with adapting to change.
How you'll demonstrate your ability:
- You’ll be an individual contributor with a focus on inbound lead volume generation, conversion rates and more.
- You’ll be a creative with an inbuilt ability to drive change, support change, and evolve process and tactical execution.
- You’ll be data driven with a passion for Digital Performance
- You’ll have a specialism in PPC
- You might also speak Spanish or German too; this would be advantageous when supporting some of our European websites.
- You’ll probably have a good amount of experience doing this kind of role already or you’ll be able to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding through education or other projects
