Title:  Customer Experience Agent-C&RS

Position Purpose:

The Customer Experience Agents are an integral part of the Contact Center team within the Communication & Related Services business unit. This position is the primary interface with the customers on a daily basis through all methods of communication and handles routine customer interactions.

Key Job Activities:

1) Processes inbound and outbound customer service calls professionally, efficiently, courteously and with appropriate discretion and sense of urgency.
2) Takes and dispatches messages accurately while following strict protocols provided by clients.
3) Assists with representative training, as needed.
4) Works on special projects, as needed.
5) Ensures compliance with all company policies and procedures.
6) Keeps Team Leads and Supervisors informed of questions or issues via telephone or e-mail, as required.
7) Performs other related duties as required or requested.

Education:
Required Education: in High School or Equivalent
