Title:  Retention Development Representative

Position Purpose:

This position is a specialized role within inside sales focusing on interacting with past due customers. This position will be responsible for making outbound calls as well as sending emails. The Retention Development Rep will provide a crucial link to connect customers at the early stages of collections. They also identify potential business needs from current customers utilizing Stericycle’s suite of services. This is an entry level position on the Inside Sales team. 

 

Key Job Activities:

Once a past due account is identified, this RDR will work with the customer to take appropriate action. The RDR will also be able to triage calls to the appropriate departments within Stericycle.
Pro-actively share ideas within the Sales department that helps increase efficiencies and effectiveness within the organization.
Performs necessary record keeping activities within Salesforce.com and Microsoft outlook.
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
