Position Purpose:

Under limited direction, oversees compliance for the processing team for: waste profiling, ongoing regulatory research, state & federal waste code determinations, customer specific project requests, etc. Conduct regulatory compliance training & refresher training as needed.

Key Job Activities:

1) Quote, track, monitor, and document projects by phase, detail, and outcome as well as change order requests.
2) Ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory concerns associated with services provided.
3) Conduct customer training, on-site facility audits and maintain SOPs.
4) Perform Environmental and Safety Compliance and Waste Analysis Plan according to local permit and regulatory requirements.
5) Assist Sales Representatives & Client Managers with procurement, discussion, presentations, and follow-through for Client(s).
6) Perform other related duties as required or requested.
7) Administer training compliance programs for Client Managers and other support representatives.
• DOT training – HMR certification
• EPA training – Advanced RCRA (Extensive internal training)

Required Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
Experience (North America & LATAM):
Required Years of Experience: 2-4
Certifications and/or Licenses:
Advanced DOT
Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM)
HAZCOM Certification
HAZWOPER Certification
