Position Purpose:

We are looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader with an understanding of Internal Account Retention and Growth / Business to Business Sales / Internal Commercial Client Care Management who will assist the Head of Inside Sales UK in planning, administering, monitoring and optimizing the performance of the team.

Key Job Activities:
  • Ensuring that daily work schedules for Inside Sales Representatives are prepared and distributed.
  • Motivating and inspiring team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Improving the team and facilitating the communication among team members.
  • Exceeding and meeting departmental objectives, including conversion targets, and lead generation.
  • Creating a sense of ownership within the employees and resolving employee issues, if any.
  • Encouraging, supporting, and motivating actively one’s peer team.
  • Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement for the entire team.
  • Monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Striving for new ways continually, to increase the opportunities of sales.
  • Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary.
  • Carrying out 1 – 1’s and actively participating in the monthly and weekly meetings.
  • Documenting general reports on each team member’s performance and targets as well as ensuring that they exceed the targets.
  • Working closely with the Telesales Manager in performing all general office functions.
Experience (EMEAA):
  • Proven success in leading a team in a business-to-business relationship management capacity
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are required, both written and oral
  • Strong telephone-based communication skills are critical
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel and Word
  • Good time management skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude
  • Natural flair for coaching, motivating and interacting with people
