Location of the role is:  Bannockburn, IL  Hybrid 3 days per week

Key Job Activities:

• Provide engineering support for facility and equipment projects.
• Assist in designing of improvements for process flow of processing facilities.
• Support Project Managers for various capital projects.
• Assign in conveyance improvements to support improved process efficiencies, container rationalization and the replacement of end-of-life equipment. 
• Compile data to support business cases for capital projects.
• Conduct site visits to assess current process flow and identify improvements.
• Design and develop safety improvements for existing equipment and process flow.
• Assist in developing preventative maintenance programs for equipment. 

Experience (North America):

• Current undergraduate or graduate level student, or recent graduate
• Motivated, energetic, ready to jump into new situations
• Prefer students entering their junior or senior years and recent graduates
• Ability to communicate effectively, both in written format and verbally
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be 18 years or older, with a HS diploma or equivalent
