The Truck Compliance Technician position maintains a region's fleet through inspections & review of compliance paperwork. You will check trucks to see if preventative maintenance and repairs are required. This position is a member of the operations team and has daily interactions with internal employees. The Fleet Compliance Technician maintains Stericycle's policies, standards, and practices while working with team members to ensure adherence to Stericycle Vision, Mission and Values.

Key Job Activities:

  • Ensure all company vehicles and equipment are being maintained to meet safety and reliability standards.
  • Make sure all documentation of preventative maintenance, repairs, inspections and license are compliance per Corporate & DOT policy.
  • Monitors the physical condition of all company vehicles, ensuring they meet Stericycle cleanliness and physical appearance standards.
  • Reports any team member that is not properly inspecting the equipment.
  • Any other relevant responsibilities as required.


  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must have a CDL (Class A preferred but will accept Class B).
  • 2 years of DOT Compliance experience preferred. 
  • Basic computer skills and hand-held device experience.
  • Must have reasonable transportation to travel to local branches.
