Title:  Auditor-Coding Compliance

Position Purpose:

We are seeking a team member for coding audits for medical facilities and occasionally provides training to physicians and staff.

Key Job Activities:

1) Leads team of auditors to audit medical insurance claim codes and other documentation for customers to verify accuracy.
2) Presents audit findings to customer.
3) Provides onsite support and training to staff
4) Performs other related duties and special projects as required or requested.


Experience- 2 years in an Auditing, Coding, or billing role; knowledge and previous use of electronic health records (Epic, ECW, Athena, Meditech HCC/Risk and E/M experience is a plus

Certifications- CPC, CPC-O, CEMC, CRC required (will consider CPC-A with qualifying work experience)

Qualifications:  Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Self motivating, organized and strong communication skills. 

Required Education: in Bachelors or Equivalent
