Position Purpose:

Working as part of a busy transport team, this is a varied role which supports driver sickness & holidays cover for our Class 1 ADR Drivers on site. Dealing primarily with hospitals and are responsible for the safe and timely collection, movement and unloading of healthcare waste on a designated route.

Key Job Activities:

Location: Wolverhampton WV10 7DG - Must be available to commute to Telford TF2 7DR (due to company site relocation End of 2020)


Working 4 days over 7 and acting as a key point of customer contact, you will also be expected to reconcile/complete all associated paperwork and relevant documentation via a hand-held terminal.


Shifts: (4am – 2pm) & (2pm – Midnight)  * Flexibility is essential

Experience (EMEAA):

*Must have ADR to be considered for this position along with the following skills/background:

  • Relevant driving experience and an LGV Class 1 Licence (with C+E entitlement), as well as a Full Driver CPC and Digi Card linked to an ADR certificate - packages 6.1/ 6.2
  • The ability to undertake heavy lifting and physically demanding work, involving the safe movement of large wheeled units on and off vehicles
  • Excellent customer service skills and the confidence to interact at all levels, along with plenty of flexibility around working hours and a willingness to go that ‘extra mile’
Certifications and/or Licenses:
LGV Class 1 Licence (with C+E entitlement), as well as a Full Driver CPC and Digi Card, preferably linked to an ADR certificate - packages 6.1/ 6.2
