Job Description


We are currently seekign a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Business Transformation team.  This role will provide program cost and value impact tracking for the business transformation project. Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial records are accurate.

Key Job Activities
Perform complex modeling scenarios and in-depth analyze of financial and operating trend data to estimate impact and explain performance.
Track program costs and related expenses. Identifies financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
Utilizes and maintains a budget and forecast software system to retrieve and analyze data, perform complex research, and interprets findings that have financial impact and draws appropriate conclusions. Develops standard and ad hoc reports for management.
Compiles, organize, analyze and prepares financial reports and finds discrepancies that requires management attention to determine effective course of action.
Communicate with management on schedules, deadlines, and analysis.
Work cross functionally across business units and support functions to collect data and develop budgets and forecasts.
Prepare presentations as necessary on budgets and forecasts, actual vs. planned deviations, and top down vs. bottom up forecast comparisons.
Serve as part of, and collaborate with, the Business Transformation team to understand the strategic direction and objectives of the organization and align on strategies in support of this direction.

Job Requirements


• Bachelor degree in finance or a relevant field of study
• 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in an analytical role in finance, accounting, business management, quantitative analysis or economics, master’s degree or MBA is preferred
• Prior experience tracking and analyzing financial data, experience with business transformations is preferred
