Job Description

This position is responsible for US Cash and Debt Management and works in conjunction with foreign subsidiaries in managing their cash. The analyst is also responsible for research and analysis and for various other functions related to Treasury.
Manages daily US cash and cash related transactions.
Work with documentation for opening and closing bank accounts.
Manage and control the daily/weekly/monthly loan payments and borrowings to ensure compliance with various debt instruments.
Responsible for issuance/modifications and maintenance of Letters of Credit, which includes
keeping Letters of Credit up to date in sync with supporting loan notes.
Analyze banks analysis statements and look for ways to reduce fees.
Manage daily wires and transfers for US and other parent structure entities.
Assist the Treasury Director with Quarterly Debt
Analysis and Management for US and Foreign Subsidiaries.
Work with Finance Directors to help maintain/update bank accounts and signatory data for all US and Foreign entities.
Assist with any other analysis and research for Treasury.
Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Job Requirements

Education equivalent to a Bachelor’s Degree In Accounting or Finance or the equivalent in related work experience.
Three or more years of related experience, demonstrating strong knowledge of finance and treasury applications and related processes.
Demonstrates good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
