Position Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Facility Manager, the 4th Class Power Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting and maintenance of the equipment and the building.
Key Job Activities:
- Processing of regulated medical waste
- Preventive and corrective maintenance of the equipment and the building
- Troubleshooting daily problems on production equipment
- Participation in the improvement and installation of new equipment when required
- Liaise with provincial pressure vessel inspectors
- Complete necessary documentation
- Other duties and responsibilities, as assigned
Experience (North America & LATAM):
- Community college certificate/diploma degree 4th Class Power Engineer certificate (required)
- 1+ years of experience in Operational and maintenance (preferred)
- Good knowledge & understanding of forklift, welding, and warehouse (preferred)
