Position Purpose:

To provide high level professional administrative support to the transport and site operations in relation to Steriworks and SteriTrak system maintenance for the management of Hazardous Chemicals at the Kylemore Road facility.  The Administrator Hazardous Chemicals I will have responsibility for the maintenance and development of the SteriWorks & SteriTrack system, including hazardous waste note monitoring, data entry, account reconciliation, customer liaison and management reporting.  In addition, the position will include general administrative duties such as answering phones, filing, support for team members and other duties as assigned.

Key Job Activities:

Provide effective administrative support to the transport facility for the Hazardous Chemical waste operations.

Update and maintain daily data entry forms including, but not limited to, KPI’s, route logs, EA quarterly returns.

Checking and balancing of driver paperwork– consignment notes & route sheets – to ensure information is correct for billing purposes, make any necessary amendments and inform customers where appropriate.

Month end account reconciliation – Ensuring all routes and paperwork has been checked & balanced. Unbilled container report has been investigated and cleared.

Printing and issuing all relevant paperwork required for hazardous chemical collections.

Responding to Salesforce cases, by investigation or inquiry, forwarding on to relevant person/department, obtaining and providing any requested documentation.

Customer service (internal) – Liaising with other sites, departments and account managers to provide information regarding customers and accounts when requested or required.

General admin duties, including but not limited to filing, copying, printing, preparing documents, updating notice boards.

TFS notifications as directed by the team.

Coordinating TFS movements in conjunction with Transfer Station requirements.

Education:

Experience (North America & LATAM):

High School or equivalent.

Experience (EMEAA):

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail.

Good communicator with both team members and customers.

Good administrative skills, i.e., typing, coordination of systems.

Ability to work without supervision.

Ability to manage time and complete multi tasks in line with timescales.

Good knowledge of information technology especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access) and Steripoint.

Self-motivated, reliable and enthusiastic.

A team player, well able to work effectively under pressure and who is looking for a challenge.

Strong chemical background is advantageous.
