Position Purpose:

Responsibility to design, implement and maintain commercial program initiatives to drive profitable revenue growth. Work closely with project sponsors, cross functional teams, project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives. Develop and manage budgets for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives. Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders.

Develop and manage the commercial PMO tracker and provide regular insight to leadership to keep all key stakeholders informed of progress. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation of completed programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Education:

Required Education:  High School or equivalent.

Preferred Education:  Bachelor's or equivalent.

Experience (EMEAA):

Previous experience in project management (minimum 3 years).

PRINCE2 preferred but not required.

Experience of strategic planning.

Extensive knowledge of project lifecycle management and agile methodology.

Excellent Microsoft skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and strong analytical skills.
