Job Description

This individual works as a key member of the Stericycle Compliance Solutions Marketing department. The Senior Marketing Associate will contribute to the overall effectiveness of the marketing team by planning, tracking, implementing and evaluating the effectiveness of assigned marketing programs. The Senior Marketing Associate on the New Business team will be accountable for managing project “Demand Generation” and” Lead Generation” campaigns and initiatives. They will also track and measure the effectiveness of these programs and report on ROI. These consistent and effective efforts will result in increased lead generation support that is in line with the company’s strategic goals and priorities and in consultation with Stericycle’s leadership team.
Key Position Activities:
1. Contributes to the development and design of new and on-going integrated demand generation pro-grams designed to increase the awareness and inbound demand for all products within the document destruction business across North America.
2. Executes comprehensive tactical lead generation programs designed to increase the number of new business sales leads. This includes creating detailed campaign project plans and critical paths.
3. Coordinates the integrated tactics with the internal Marketing Centers of Excellence teams to develop key assets and execute on specific channels which include: Digital, social medical, public relations, content creation, e-mail and nurture and data analytics.
4. Coordinates the integrated tactics with outside Agency partners as needed relative to advertising, event management, creative design, market research and other services.
5. Maintains awareness and tracking of sales forecasts and results against while managing marketing costs and return on investment of campaigns.
6. Utilizes agreed to brand position to ensure the value proposition reflects the brand strategy and adds value to the customer proposition.
7. Prepares and delivers presentations to internal/external audiences on issues such as campaign plan-ning, execution and analysis.
8. Fosters and supports innovation and breakthrough ideas on programs; actively generates, seeks and takes advantage of best practices and value added solutions.
9. Supports activities across the other marketing teams as needed.

Job Requirements

Education and Experience required
• Bachelor's or college degree in a marketing discipline or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years experience in a product management or marketing specialist role, preferably in a B2B services envi-ronment
• Experience working in a complex direct marketing environment that is fast paces and changing.
• Experience in marketing channel testing, development and management
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, mobile optimization and email best practices
